What this is
The Southern Oregon Illegal Immigration Hotline is an independent community reporting line operated by private volunteers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency. By using this website or the phone line, you accept these terms.
Who may file
Reports are accepted only from identified adults (18 years of age or older) who provide their full name, phone number, email address, and photographic evidence, and who certify the accuracy of their filing.
Accuracy and certification
You must certify that the information you submit is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Filing a report that you know to be false, or filing in bad faith, is a misuse of this line. Operators may disregard, consolidate, or delete filings at their sole discretion.
No outcome is guaranteed
Filing a report does not guarantee review within any timeframe, contact, referral, follow-up, or any other outcome. This line does not provide legal advice and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.
Conduct
You agree not to: submit information you know to be false; submit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory; interfere with the operation of the website; or submit reports on behalf of others without their consent.
Use of content
Submissions, including photographs and contact information, are used solely for the review and recordkeeping purposes described in the Privacy Policy. Operators will not sell, publish, or redistribute submissions.
Availability
This service is provided "as is" and "as available." Operators make no warranty of uninterrupted availability and may suspend or discontinue the line at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this line are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this service or reliance on its availability or output.
